I haven't done it before but I know that you need to use some ingrediants that you get from farming. I am guessing just use it with regular beer.

go to keldarim, upstairs in the bar. put 2 buckets of water in. 4 barley malt...or is it 2. put the secondary in. then finally a pot of yeast...buy from the dude there for 25 gp. then wait 1-3 days. bring 8 glasses of beer for your own special thing.

Beside Keldagrim, the other brewery is in Port Phastmatys ( quite near the bank). You have to use ecotokens here. Items needed are 2 buckets of water, 2 barley malt, the special ingredient to make the chosen brew, an empty pot and 8 empty beer glasses. You also need gp or ecotokens to buya pot of yeast at the brewery. Hope that help.
