Glowing Dagger question

Post subject:  Glowing Dagger question

Dear Zandarmas,

Answers to questions such as,

^^"If, during the Legends quest, I gave the glowing dagger I recieved from the ghost to Ungadulu, as opposed to trying to kill Viyeldi with it, would it be possible for me to get another glowing dagger?", ^^

are strictly and totally secret beyond belief.

There is a massive vault buried a mile under Jagex headquarters where such secrets are kept. Written on encrypted DVDs, in Chinese.

I know the answer of course, but I'm not telling. No, not even for.....one miiiiilion dollars.

In essence, you must try it and see. The game, like life, is all about experimentation.

*sigh* ok, moving on, does anyone out there have the answer to my question ^up^ above? i've been trying to get the answer for ages, and i've run out of ideas on how i could get the dagger back, so, someone, please help!

Have you tried talking to the ghost again. That is usually how you get quest items back...talking to the person who gave it to you.

i would have talked to the ghost, but I haven't been able to make him appear again. in addition, my friend, who DID NOT take the holy force spell route for the quest, is not able to make the ghost appear again, and yet...

Thank you for your question

The only way that you could get another Glowing Dagger is if you have lost your original one. If you have not lost it you will not be able to get this item again. Sorry

If you have lost your item then Do not threat there is a way to obtain the Glowing Dagger again!

It would be best for you to ask the characters in the quest and see if they can help you out in anyway.

Keep going and never give up and you will find your lost item.

so, at the very least, my friend should be able to get the dagger back, as he simply dropped his after the quest, where as i gave mine to a NPC. still, he hasn't been able to make the ghost reappear.

only way to get another dagger used to be by dropping it and talking to the spirit again b4 u give it to him, then picking up the first one and banking either of them, then take one to the spirit to fight the demon.
dunno if u can still drop and get another anymore tho.
if you've completed the quest then u cannot get another obsidian dagger.

Yes, pretty much the same trick that you do with the Blurite Sword from the Knight's Sword quest. I do not think you can obtain it after you have competed the quest :(
