Ok I'm talking about member's or free. I need the fastest spot or method to mine and bank iron. I'm trying to get my mining level up and I also need iron. I'm mining at yanille right now, but i'm wondering if there's any way to combine teleporting or something to make the bank runs faster. |

well, a good spot is at port sarim mine. the mine is west of port sarim and south from fally. theres like 1 iron spot with 2 ores and and other spot with like 4 ores. its also pretty close to fally i think. or u could try dwarfen mines at fally. ~Hello5000 |

My favorite spot is the coal and iron mines near the legends guild. I suggest using this spot only if you have done the legends quest. |

west varrock mine, especially on members world. On free, theres a bunch of noobs goin for it so just bring a rune pick and ur fine |

Hmmm all very nice ideas, but I think I've found the fastest. I have two methods depending on how many super energy pots i have at the time. Method 1: Mine at the 6 iron rocks south of ardy at entrance to that monk castle thing. Carry water staff and laws and tele to ardy, bank at south bank, and drink a super energy pot every other trip. Method 2: Mine at the 3 iron rocks east of ardy - hitting a coal rock after every three iron. Tele to ardy, back at south bank, tele to ardy again and run to mine. Practically never run out of energy but use 4 laws per trip. Those are both amazingly fast to get iron. The only faster way would be to mine with a friend and split the iron. I've powermined there before and I mine a load of iron and coal in the time it takes the runner to bank the ores. Usually when I powermine - I just trade all the ore to the runner who just keeps it, but right now I want to keep some ore to myself. |
