help please i cant find the dwarven engineer. ive looked on lots of guides and it says its south of the 3 dudes by the boat in that cave but hes not that. ive searched the whole entire cave and cant find him then some other guy said hes by the guy who sells cannons but hes not! help! |

Well there's a map on the quest guide... 
When I did the quest he was around that area. |

Isn't there a guy at the dwarven mines you have to talk to? |

he isnt there anymore, you know how to go into the dwarf city thing go across the bridge, go west and into the big building. He is in the smelting place. |
