I believe it's on the waterbirth island, u'll have to kill some specific kind of monster and it has to drop spine thing, (don't remember the name), then u'll have to give that item +(forgot the name)+5k to peer the seer and he'll make u some skeletal items (body, legs, etc...)

To get to waterbirth island, you have to do Fremmenik Trials and take this boat.
