Heyo. I apologize if this is old news, but it's the first time I ever noticed it.
I was strolling through the wilderness collecting penguins when I noticed some odd structures to the east of the wilderness. They're over here, just to the northeastern area of the wilderness:
What struck me as odd was the familiarity of these buildings. For example, there's a building that looks just like the building you enter to get to Kolodion, the battle mage.
But the kicker is this one; a set of ruins shaped out exactly like those ruins on the island south of the northeastern volcano (save for a missing wall).

Suddenly I'm in the spirit world... or shadow realm... or whatever it's called nowadays, but I'm on the island now! And before you point out the obvious, I added my full dragon ceremonial uniform and holy amulet to my customization by means of dragon keepsake box. Totally worth it, because I can wear whatever I want and still look awesome.
And teleporting back...
Now I'm on the island! I just teleported several wilderness levels up!

Kinda bizarre, isn't it? Since when was the last time you've ever seen Jagex do a blatant copy/paste like that where they didn't remove all the functionality? Like the GBC Pokemon Red and Blue inn glitch where you can operate a PC that should've been there.
