That "level 7" was a Dark Wizard, an NPC.  It's not being attacked by the tree spirit.
Were there any people above level 91 cutting trees over there? |

It's swiftswitch, download it at http://www.swiftswitch.tk. There is some proof on you will not get banned by using that on http://www.runescapecommunity.com Lots of ppl use it, as you can see on the link I provided to you. P.S. It lags for me and makes my old dumb computer froze.. |
