im thinkin 40 def 40 hp & 50-60mage, i dunno, u guys probably, actually definetely no alot mroe bout pkin plz help ty in advance

i just train my def and hp while doing magic, just when u have set up the spell click the defens one. that should work, my mage has 54 magic with 36 def, so you gonna be alot higher when you reach 40 def

Yeap, just train your magic to as high as possible. Just remember to put the attack type to defensive mode, so u gain defense exp as well.

I wouldn't ever train def by doing magic, its a waste of runes.

Just train magic only, then train defense later with melee

50 Defence, 70 Magic, 50 Ranging ( for Hp ), 43 Prayer.

You'll do pretty good there. Just don't get Defence or Prayer too early.

also don't train attack to wield better swords, if you are a member use better staffs..

this wat i did i trained my magic to 59 and by that time i was lvl 37 and u would have around the same hp too so than once u can use fire blast start train ur def up but dont train it to much up at the same time.

here is a example of my mage:

good figures there i'd say, you could even go for 69 range for more hits and the range wouldnt affect your combat!

you could level attack and strength also to a combination of 39 without affecting combat...lol but u wouldnt really need to because its just a pker.

i say just go straight to magic cause u dont neeed 40 def cause if u wear armor it affects ur magic..

like mike said, NO WAY
you gain defence xp, but you compromise magic xp!!! so youre paying for ruenes to get defence xp, where you may awsell use a sword, a one-off payment ](*,)

I do it this way:
Train your magic to 43, then go to the wizard tower to do lesser or train it by using superheat

My friend has a pure mage, and he tells me that get your mage to 59, then get def to 30. This way, you make out your magic abilities on f2p, without gaining an extra combat lvl. Once you have 59 magic, and 30 def, work on prayer, and if you really need to, range.

i suggest train magic first and then defense, cause then u can train range alone with it as well
