They sure do know how to create an amazing safety video. It's really quite something to be going on a plane ride and get surprised by a somewhat less than ordinary safety video. This by far is the longest and most in depth one they've done. When I went there the safety video was still LOTR themed but was a bit less produced. They also got the hobbit airplane:  Probably the most detailed 777-300ER livery there is. |

I always feel like painting the outside of a plane is a waste of good graphics. The only beings that are going to see it are people in or at airports, birds, and the occaisional web searcher. Other than that, it's kind of a waste for so much detail. Also, what else does New Zealand got going for it besides LOTR and sheep? |
