I'm looking for some more podcasts to listen on my commute to school, home, etc. So I call out to RSBANDB community: What are your favorite overall podcasts? What are your favorite tech podcasts? What are your favorite conservative podcasts? What are your favorite liberal podcasts? What are your favorite religious podcasts (if any)? Thank you for your feedback. I debated putting this in Tech Talk, but decided against that because this is media related. |

I listen to a lot of TWIT and Leo Laporte. NPR also had some good ones; Car Talk & Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me And of course Update! |

Occasionally listened to
I listen to all of these on 2x on my iPod, and ideally, I can get through the majority within a week. I recently had to catch up on a week's worth after having listened to the entire 24 hours of the Steve Jobs biography... If you include video podcasts as well..

Aside from RSBandBUpdate I listen to the KBMOD Podcast, which is similar to the style of RSBandBUpdate just centered around PC gaming. |

I use to listen to Podcasts as much as music, but I haven't even listened to BnB for 2 years. But other podcasts I like that are still active are. Smodcast Anime World Order Talking **** with Jim & Eddie. (Jim Jeffries being my favorite all time comedian) |

By the way, if you are using the 'music' app at 2x, you are really listening to it at 1.5ish-x. *Seriously*. I use a /awesome/ third party app called iCatcher, but there are other alternatives too. Not to mention the many other features such as subscription, streaming, and awesome gestures to skip chunks of audio (ads ?). I listen to all the twit shows listed except TWICH. I don't really understand the point if NSFW/ why it is on Twit's network. |

TWiCH is nice for computer hardware stuff, but that + PCPerspective are fairly the same (and share a main host). I probably don't *need* to double up, but eh, it's enjoyable for me. NSFW is one of the random podcasts that I wanted to listen to due to Brian Brushwood from Scam School on Revision3, but it's very hit and miss in my opinion. Sometimes I'm laughing, other times I think it's the stupidest thing I've heard. I haven't listened for a month or two at this point (namely due to other podcasts taking up the time I'd have), but sometimes it's worth it. They won some iTunes related award last year, as chosen by Apple, so it's got some merit. But yea, it's 95% not tech related. |

I used to listen to so many podcast's that I was constantly falling behind on them (just not enough hours in the day). I trimmed things down a bit and now my list is: RSBandB This Week in Tech The Engadget Show XBOX Live's Major Nelson podcast Sometimes I'll also listen to Security Now or Floss Weekly from the TWIT network if the show's are covering something that interest's me. Also the TWIT Daily Giz Whiz show is good for a few laughs. |

http://www.kritzkast.com/ I came across this today after some random wikiing. These guys do a TF2 podcast. Only listened to one episode. It was alright. Worth checking out. |
