I can't say I condone it,
but maybe I will loan it to you.

Baby you have my heart,
Kills me every time were apart.

You have just overthrown it,
after it was split into two.

Your face lady, a work of art.
Baby, you are the missing part.

At first I had to be shown it.
But baby I will loan it to you.

The time comes to rest our heads,
go to our rooms and lay in bed.
Goodnight the only words that's said.

Wake up early and anew,
time to just slip on our shoes.
Just more hours to gain and lose.

Come home tired from work,
creeping back to where we lurk.

Make sure we eat, make sure we're fed,
Because off to bed is where we'll head.

Ready to start the day again.

Are you starting to see a trend?

There is an empty space where you used to be,
now a blank face from where you used to see.

But now the frames empty and your back is turned,
I can see the picture and the lesson is learned.

I'll keep thinking of you just like a friend,
even though that road had to end.

Maybe one day you too will agree,
when that time comes our friendship is free.

Whoever did the rhyme did the crime,
oh won't you just shine.

Shine on the words that make you great,
just in case they hate.

It's to easy to discriminate,
just like dinner on your plate chew it up or spit it out.
That's the taste of fate.

You're out of line,
talk about those crimes,
blog it online like it's all fine.

Ain't got the time to listen to you whine,
so shut the fudge up.

NICE! I haven't seen anybody into poetry for a loooong time, and I've been missing this. I was a big writer back in the days but I kind of lost my inspiration. Probably because my life became terribly boring. Thus, nothing happens to me, I have no reason to write.

Very good pieces of art. They're all quite nice but my personal favorite is definatly Share My Heart. So simple, yet so pure.

Thank-you very much. Share My Heart is one of my latest ones I've made. I have random tangents where I'll just go off and start writing! Even if your life was boring, you could find inspiration from a character or something. Develop a person who you can aspire to, or work with dreams or something! The world is your oyster! Thanks for the nice comments.

Nice. During British Literature last semester, I started taking a better look at poetry. I actually enjoy it quite a lot. Keep up the good writing.
