Simple question: which do you prefer? I've watched both series several times, and for me the answer is easy- Band of Brothers wins hands down. As far as I'm concerned, Band of Brothers is literally without fault- and I can't say that about any other series or film/movie I've ever seen. |

I watched BoB but read The Pacific so I can't really determine which is better in a visual format. ![]() |

i loved both. it's the same style but for me the believe the pacific was too short. it was more of a character development movie than an action series. i enjoyed it, just wish there were more explosions and brains turning into mush |

I haven't watched The Pacific so I can't really vote, but I thought Band of Brothers was very well done when I saw it. |

Band of Brothers is superb. Own the entire thing on bluray. Keep meaning to see the pacific but I've yet to get around to it. Always hear negative to average reviews about it though. Don't think I've ever seen someone claim it was as good as BOB. |

I am in the same boat as Duke, I've seen Band of Brothers and loved every minute, but I havn't watched anything from The Pacific yet other than the trailers. I'm sure I'll love it anyway, because I seeme to love anything WW2-related (I could see a Flash video with stick figures, and if I could work out that it was WW2, I'd love it XD). |

Gontcha wrote: Band of brother by far. Idk, being not american I cannot care about the pacific =/ Yeah..i think that's a valid point. I have..no interest what so ever in that part of the war. I know little to nothing about it other than two nukes got dropped, English and American subs crippled there navey. That's about it. I'm sure that helps BOB. I wonder if a TV show..spanning the war from start to finish would be in bad taste. I'd certainly watch it i think if it covered the major events and had a large enough cast of various people in various places. If it could get the budget of BOB it'd be good i think. |

it was just us vs japan with some Australian army in the war and many rebels. i think the pacific went too fast, it was awesome like band of brothers but it just seemed, it was rushed. |

Band of Brothers can never be beat. If I had to lock myself in a room with a war tv show and a war movie, Saving Private Ryan and Band of Brothers would work perfectly. |
