Did some research in the little amount of time I was interested in it, 2000 calories.
Isn't that the average amount you're supposed to eat in a day or something?

Isn't that the average amount you're supposed to eat in a day or something? well the 2000 calories diet is the guide line for any food and drink. so based on a 2000 calorie diet if you drink a soda you have whatever percentage of sugar needed to live well. but everybody is different. here's a little link that i googled that can help you figure out how much you need to be active. http://www.self.com/fitness/nutrition/calculators/calorieneeds so want to lose weight eat less etc. remember though micheal phelps had a 12k calorie diet and he's fit as hell. |
