It doesn't surprise me too much. Ipods aren't my favorite thing. I don't really like apple products too much.

Thats true nothing lasts forever but with the amount of problems ive encountered with Apple products im surprised they are still selling stuff. Ive had my ipod for not even 6 months yet and ive considered throwing it against the wall numerous times. Sooo many problems with it its not funny

my sister loves her Ipod. my cousin's parents went to a party on new years eve and they won an Ipod but had no idea what it does and almost considered just giving it away to a stranger lol. lucky whn they got back my cousins took it for himself. lucky.

my sister is so obsessed with her Ipod that she has that plastic covering to protect it and .... polish the **** thing every once in a while

When my brother got his ipod it took him more then a week to get it connected to the computer and import songs onto it. He read over the directions numerous times and they were wrong. He had to call apple support to get it working. That shows how bad apple items are.

my sis and cousin never read it. they thought "install program, plug it in, it's all done"

turn them a long time to figure it out.

Well heres my story. One nigh me and my bro get iPods for our birthday. We open em and my bro didnt get the USB cord thats supposed to come with the iPod so we just didnt wanna bother Apple cause there customer service and we have had bad experinces with there customer support already. So we just thought we could both use one to get our songs on the iPod's. So we install it using two seperate discs and use are own serial codes. So I plug mine in its all good my songs go on my iPod. My bro plugs his iPod in using my cord, guess what??? you cant use one cord to import songs onto two iPods. So we had to go at 9:00 to the local Apple store in the mall and told them that the iPod didnt come with a cord and we want one for free they gave me and my bro some bs lecture about something but I didnt listen to them cause it never helps they just tried to aviod the situation. So my bro had to purchase a new power cord at $30.00 yes thats right kids $30.00 American dollars for a power cord...and another $40.00 for the av adapter.
