Post subject:  Ergo Champs
Ye well i just thought id share that me and my team won our event in ergo champs last night and got a medal and set a new record all in the same night so ye that was epic. btw ergos are rowing machines for anyone who doesnt know and ergo champs is a competition where rowers from all different schools compete on the machines.

heres my medal that we all got...sorry its a bit blury

If any1 lives near toronto they'll know about the science centre place there. Theres a thing like that there in the sports part of it.

thanks lol.
ye not many people know how to use ergos or have heard of them but they uually have them in gyms. it helps if u know how to actually row when ur using it otherwise its uncomfortable and ineffective. haha fell out of the boat...thats a good one :lol:
and if u fell off it? imagine having to get on and start racing like a second after someone else has been on it then like literally collapse off it so the next person can go. thats what we had to do in this event because it was a relay thing.
