I am looking to turn this picture into a tiled background (where you just see the image multiple times). But the settings will not allow me to do so. I don't want apple choosing what I can and can't have as my wallpaper.

This happens.

How do I get around this restriction?

Also: Is there an app that will create a tiled version for me?

Make sure the image is smaller than your display. Why would something need to be tiled if it's bigger than your display.

perhaps because it is an iPhone 4S picture? Maybe I should downsize it a bit before I try doing this?

Thanks shane. I don't think the picture would be 100% bigger than the screen, but it does seem a little too big for tile. (Not sure why they don't just do this for you, but whatever, still better than Winblow$).

I just chose a different wallpaper; instead of having to reformat the OS because Windows **** up the boot partition, this is a simple wallpaper inconvenience.
