Post subject: | SoftGrid Client |
I have this folder titled "SoftGrid Client" in my "My Documents" folder that I cannot delete, and I know no know what is in it or what it is for. Can somebody tell me whats it's for and how to delete it? |

Before you do anything more scan it with a few antivirus programs. |

I have had it for a while so I wasn't worried about that, I just thought about it now that I should ask about it on here. Some more background on the file: Within the file there are 3 folders "AppFS Storage", "Icon Cache", and "OSD Cache", as well as an FSD and FSG files (whatever those are idk). |

If you're sure you don't need the folder, Unlocker (Freeware) should delete it correctly. |

You could try some of the tips giving here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941408 It's a Microsoft program. Something about Microsoft Application Virtualization. I don't know what it does. |

SoftGrid is Microsoft software, so it's not dangerous or malicious. In light of this, unless you have a specific reason to delete it, I suggest leaving it as you don't know what effect removing it will have- that's probably why Windows doesn't let you. |

Ok, i mostly want to move it out of the "My Documents" folder but it wont even let me do that. |
