Okay, everything about my internet was fine... until this morning. Whenever I try to open any of my web browsers, it says it needs to close 2 seconds after i click it... and it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME i do it. I need help on how to solve this problem. |

Ok. Lets start with the basics: When the the problem occurs do you get any error message? Download: CCleaner - Slim version (No Toolbar) Run Ccleaner and do a full clean-up with the options selected by default. Next, Download Malwarebytes - Free version Update the virus database and do a full system scan. Did it work? Again, if you skim-read: When the the problem occurs do you get any error message? |

From the way you've described it, it seems like a software problem with your browser, rather than a hardware/connection issue. Try a different browser if you have one installed or reinstall your current one. |

I would try uninstalling all your internet browsers, restarting, then reinstalling (hopefully you still have the file that you need to download the browsers again. Also, if there isn't a web browser you have downloaded, try getting that. If that doesn't allow you to get onto the internet, it's something in your computer and what Alex said should get rid of it. Even Malwarebytes should get rid of it hopefully, but other than that, I have no clue what it could be. |
