"Your graphics hardware or drivers do not meet the minimum requirements to run this application."
More info: the application is Roller Coaster Tycoon 3

What are all my possibilities to solving this problem?

Q: What are the system requirements needed to play RollerCoaster Tycoon® 3?
A: In order to play RollerCoaster Tycoon® 3, you will need a PC running Windows®. (A version for the Apple/Mac computers is NOT planned at this time).
Minimum and recommended computer specifications are as follows:

Operating System: Windows® 98/Me/2000/XP (Windows® XP recommended)
Processor: Pentium® III 733 MHz or compatible (Pentium® 4 1.2 GHz or compatible recommended)
Memory: 128 MB RAM; 256 MB for XP (256 MB; 384 MB for XP recommended)
Hard Disk Space: 600 MB free CD-ROM Drive: 4X CD-ROM or faster (8X or faster recommended)
Video: Any ATI Radeon™ or GeForce™ 2 with 32MB or higher; or other video card with 32MB and hardware T&L (ATI Radeon™ 64 MB SDR or GeForce™ 2 Pro or other video card with 64 MB or more memory and hardware T&L recommended)*
Sound: Windows® 98/Me/2000/XP-compatible 16-bit sound card*
DirectX®: DirectX® version 9 (included) or higher

If you don't have those requirements, I'd be highly surprised. By chance though, do you have that?

As for updating graphics drivers, run Windows Update and see if that picks up anything. Look through everything, not just critical updates. If that doesn't work, find Device Manager (Under XP, right click on My Computer, properties, Device manager (I think), for Vista type "Device" into the Quick Search, and it'll be on the list.). Find you Display Adapter, and right click on the text, update driver. Should be an online search from there.

Hey thanks, yeah I'm currently searching for a cheap video card. I ran the update driver and nothing came up. If anyone has a free PCI video they don't want, hit me up.

I found a 128mb ATI video card in box for $45. This good deal?

Lol, I don't have those requirements, but it's funny cause the game runs for me. Does that message pop up when your playing ? If so tone down the graphics, I did it and now the game runs pretty smoothly.

It could also be from running a pirated version of the game. =o
No it wouldn't happen during the game, in fact it wouldn't even open the game to allow me to tone down the graphics settings. -.-

OK, I know this might not be it, but for RCT2 I had to download a patch to use it on Windows XP. I would get graphic errors all the time. So you might wanna get the latest patches
