I'm not sure if this will completrly remove everything related to the program but most of it. Everytime I remove a program I uninstall it through the control panel on Windows Vista and after that I go to my program files and usually the program you just removed will still have files in the the program files folder. For example if I have AVG Free I will have a folder in my program files titled "AVG Free" so you would want to delete that folder so it removes everything the uninstaller didn't. Don't forget to remove shortcuts if it doesn't automatically.

There is software that will strip out all of what you installed but the easiest option is to do a System Restore to a point before adding the crack.

If you don't have a system restore to a time before the crack, or if for some strange reason that doesn't work, you can try the 30 day trial of TuneUp Utilities 2008. It's what I've been using for my registry editor, along with a few other things, but it has worked well for me so far.

If you feel brave, you could go try to mess with the registry yourself, supposing there's something in there that you think is still left. However, I wouldn't recommend doing anything in the registry unless you know what you are doing.
