What operating system are you running?
Can you get a screenshot of the box?
does it do this all the time or "only" when you play a game?

If a person has some kind of error, all are you saying is to them to get a new computer. This is useless and what if a person had just gotten new computer.

Whenever a program opens or runs it takes up memory to run that program (I.E RAM) if you use to much it can cause your pc to have troubles.

You can cure it userly by shutting down a few of those programs although i doubt very much that's the problem you're having.

RAM stands for Random Access Memory, like creepy said open programs or programs running in your system tray take up memory.

well click my computer and click general info bout your computer, im guessing you have less then 1gb of ram on your puter and cant run programs increase memory, defrag and check volume errors, if this dosnt work i suggest getting more ran and upgrading memory.
