Every time i log in this kinda of thing apears! Can anyone help?!

Yea, most likely a Java problem.

On the "Select Detail" version screen (http://www.RuneScape.com) scroll down to the bottom. Select the "Sun Java" option. Then go to LOW DETAIL. When a box comes up asking for permission to install Sun Java, select yes. Let it install and then restart your computer. Try running runescape again. When it asks if you want to give permission to run RuneScape, select "Yes" or "Always". Let it load the runescape server and stuff and then log in.

Tell us what happens.

Hmmm thats wierd cuz i had an old comp with same problem and i just clicked at low detail and installed the sun java and then it did work :). If you also have a firewall the firewall will maybe als shut it down (did it for me).

try a different broswer. You could try the client u can download from runescape extra files.

it does say on Runescae Home that a power shortage has caused some hosts to shut down meaning some people cant log in
