Hey rsbandb forums!

So many of you keen oldschool players will know splashing and NMZ has recently created some controversy.
I agree! It defeats the purpose of olschool, to "relive the challenging reward system". If you can gain xp while
sleeping or at work something's wrong.

If you aren't an oldschool player or aren't familiar with these terms, 'splashing' is equipping armor that grants
negative magic bonuses and casting basic spelling on monsters that don't do damage e.g. chickens. As there is no
automatic logout (after 6 hours you still get booted out but still c'mon). Nightmare Zone or NMZ is a minigame in which
you can relive quest bosses and if you equip Guthan's you will never die and gain amazing xp.

So what is your opinion on this matter dearly beloved Rsbandb forums?

Didn't Jagex already have a discussion about this and have a poll that failed to pass? Yeah I guess it is a little cheap but at this point even Old School seems to be inheriting some of the ease of use features of RS3 (or what RS3 was known for). It's also not phenomenal xp but I agree it is extra while you're asleep or whatever. My guess is at this point, it is probably here to stay in any case.
