While in class one day studying the powers of the human mind, something intriguing happened. After the death of some one that you know, the one thing that you will always end up forgetting is their voice. Within a matter of time you will no longer be able to remember what somebody close to you sounds like unless you recorded them in a home movie.

So here are my questions for everybody. With the time you have now, who's voice would you record saying whatever you want just so you can keep them close to you.

On the other hand, if you had the power to travel back in time and record anybody saying anything, who would it be?

Here you go take care.

My mother has an old answering machine that has my grandma's voice recorded on it. She hasn't found a way to get it off the answering machine onto a more sensible medium so she just keeps that around. However I still remember my grandma's voice. She died maybe ten years ago.

Well I'm not sure if I fully agree.
I don't have any recordings of my former best friend's voice, he died in 2010 and I still remember his voice in full. Maybe it was just that unique , I don't know.
Talked with his mother few months back about how she wished she'd recorded him.

I for one have recorded my voice many times over the years you can still find around the web, for people for when I pass. (if I pass)

As for current people in my life, I guess my answer is null and void because I work with many audio recordings so I actually have them all on record already.
So I'm good.

I remember my grandads voice. He died 3 or 4 years ago. Saying that i don't remember his wife - my nans voice. But she was a horrible old bat so that's probably why.

That's not very nice, I hope she haunts you.
