Visited the UN building today in NY as I have a day to kill before heading back to the UK. Have to say it wasn't what I expected. Grimy and far from impressive. |

It was built in the 1950s and hasn't really been updated much since. What do you expect? xD |

I kind of expected something that was symbolic and a shining light of nations coming together. But then it never really has been that. Yep, too many old politicians Trekkie. |
