Unconstitutional. The states would have to approve it before it were to work. Doubt that's going to happen. Surprised the Senate is giving up that power since it's an important power. We'll just wait and see where it goes. Glad that the vote is on the record so we can see how people voted. |

Yes I am sure that the limited selection of appointments that are being made more efficient will have a drastic affect on the world as we know it With the president freely able to appoint the ADMINISTRATOR OF THE US FIRE ADMINISTRATION, who's to tell if we get all Fahrenheit 451 up in here?
