Hmm...bologna sandwiches usually perk me up. Pizza is ok. But what I really like if nothing else is on hand is a big bowl of cereal. When you are really hungry and or down, cereal is a great pick me up food. |

Cereal. I can pretty much eat dry cereal as a snack any time of the day. |
