Have you ever had something given to you as a gift that you didn't like? what did you do with it?. Did you keep it, never use it,give it to someone else? I'd like to know. It can be for any occasion.

For me, it was my 18th. My brother gave me a $20 ebgames gift card. I didn't know what i could spend it on since you can't really get any good games for that price over here (except for those "unheard of types"), so i kept it. Good thing about it is that it never expires :P.

Cheers, dafin0

My grandparents always used to buy me clothes which immediantly got slung into a deep dark corner of my room where i forgot about it. I figure they took the hint that i wasn't appreciating it as they stopped long ago.

edit: Except for the thong.

Food is usually hit and miss. If it's snacks, excellent choice. If the food is not so pleasing, than the worse the gift. I also like to take my brother's outlook on gift cards: why give a gift card that can only be used at a certain place when just plain money can be used anywhere. Give me money, not gift cards (unless the gift card is for sure usable, if you know what I mean). For example, my bro can use a Best Buy gift card. For everything else, just give him money. It's just as good and the though counts. I don't care what people say about money gifts. They are perfect. It's like giving the person the option to buy the gift they really want and you can say you got them that gift essentially. d=(^_^)z

I can't remember anything at the moment.
Sometimes I might get some clothes I don't like. I say they're really cool, so I don't sound rude, but then I never even use them. :(

My grandparents gave me a crystal making kit. I put it in a closet. I think it's gone now. Although maybe not.
