How about that Brett Favre? Beating the supposedly good Dallas Cowboys 34 to 3 in the NFC Divisional game, Brett Favre shows off his singing voice by producing a rousing "Pants on the Ground" on National TV after the game. After deciding he wanted to retire 2 years ago, he ended up going to the jets after the Packers traded him for draft picks. After a one season bust, Favre was once again pulling his retirement trick to skip training camp- this time for the Minnesota VIkings. After Arguably his best season of his 19 year career, Favre makes an astounding Play off appearance. His eyes are set on the Super Bowl, and only the New Orleans Saints stand in his way. So, the question is- Like him, or not? |

Like. Even now, I think he's one of the best NFL quarterbacks currently and of all time. The man has incredible stamina and skills. Even before he turned 40 he was doing amazing stuff that he still continues to do. I like him a lot and he gets my respect. Keep doing what you're doing, old man!=D> |

I dislike the Packers and the Vikings. I'm not too fond of Brett Favre. Though, he has played real well this season and I was rooting for him and the Vikings over the Cowboys (since I hate the Cowboys). But... Vikings in the Superdome? I pick the Saints to win next week. |

Despite being a Brit, I follow the NFL closely much to my chagrin of my rugby obsessed friends. I've been impressed with Favre all season, esp. the last gasp win against the 49ers. Hope he wins and then finally retires in a blaze of glory. Amazing to realise that he has not missed a game for the past 19 years. |

i really dont care much for the viking or the packers when he played for them but there is just nothing about Bret Favre you cant like. he is carefree and he plays the game its supposition to be played. truthfully im rooting for him against the saints. |

He is one if the greatest quarterbacks that have ever lived. I lost a lot of respect for him after what he did to greenbay and the jet. If you say you are going to retire... DO IT! |

I liked him until he did all this antics about retiring and un-retiring. He should just retire for good becasue I think he is ruining his reputation. When he was at the Packers there was no reason not to like him unless you were a Packers fan and he just threw 5 interceptions in a game ![]() |
