2Pac. I listen to him happy, sad, mad. Catchy music and he always raps about how he started out in the gutter and things got better for him, so it's basically a life lesson, and something to think about when you get mad. |

Pathetic, but I have a whole playlist of music that I listen to when I'm sad or angry. Thankfully, I haven't listened to these songs in awhile. They're mostly songs for when I'm sad though. One of my favorite songs that I listen to not only when I'm mad is Stupid MF by Mindless Self Indulgence. Good song. I related that song to my ex boyfriend after I broke up with him. He really was a stupid mother ****. |

I really don't get mad at all (I'm usually a very happy and genial person), so I find that even just listening to any of my music for about 30 minutes calms me down and gets me to think rationally again. |

Although I find the only way to completely put my thoughts into perspective is to sleep off anything that's worrying me. |

Any time away from the problem (or person) seems to make things easier. |
