It's a Phiten necklace, supposedly relieves stress and stuff.
MY friend brought one to school, he said it actually works.

I think it's got a placebo effect, and that's it.

It's a metal bracelet.

My friend had one and said he didn't feel any different.
he had it for a week and then he lost it on our NYC trip.

I can't give an honest opinion considering i don't have it.

Athletes also wear those things around their arms and stuff because it supposedly makes them heal faster after an injury. Who knows if it works or not but I doubt it.

The fact they are selling them and saying it relieves stress seems a bit far... But who knows

I remember people at my school bought these as a fad. It's just a regular necklace. But people "think" it helps therefore they feel like it is helping.

It's really ugly..
If people buy them they're just buying into a fad.
Or they really think they'll work, which yeah, will cause the placebo effect as some have already mentioned.
I just think the company could have at least made a better looking version of it.

Definitely crap. Same with those braclets and anything else you just wear.

You mentally expect something to happen, and as already mentioned more than once, you get a sort of placebo effect where your mind convinces itself that your body feels better.

Though I guess placebo effects can be good. If you don't think you feel it, then the bracelet/necklace/whatever is doing its job.

several ways of testing :) give it to someone..then after a week ask them if they felt any different. Just be sure they dont know its a necklace that cures stress and stuff. If they didnt feel different its not real. If they did then somehow they've created a miracle lol
