How many of you like foreign films? I always hate when people complain about subtitles, I love watching foreign stuff. Some of my favourites are: Pan's Labyrinth, Raise the Red Lantern, House of Fools (not foreign to me, but to you :P), and Run Lola Run.

i don't mind some of them but i mostly prefer to have subtitles than a voice over. it always ruins it.

I don't watch films that are 100% subtitles. You can put it in my language or you can take it else where. I watch a film, I'm watching what their doing, I'm seeing the emotion in their faces and so on.

I'm paying attention to what's going on in the film, i hate having to sit here reading it all. Not only that it pulls me right out of the film it puts me into a big giant book.

I love foreign films, I allways have subtitles on even if it's a english movie anyway. I love reading.

My favourite foreign film is Pan's Labrynth.

Pan's Labyrinth was so good. I also watch most of my DVDs with subtitles on. It's convenient because sometimes you don't always catch what the person is saying and the text below helps a lot.

Yeah I have the subtitles on allways, I've gained so many words I didn't even know were in the movie, or a word I couldn't really understand, rewind it, put the subtitles on and you'll catch it.

I love a few local films that're not English language, they mostly make me laugh, a lot.

Or they kick ***, like The Protector/Tom Yum Goong.

I've seen a few of them, and I always seem to lose track of the story.

Only really good foreign film I have seen was Run Lola Run.

No I mean with the title Run Lola Run, I watched a while ago but I'm sure that the speaking was all in German.

"Run Lola Run" is the English title for Lola Rennt.
