GET IT. My roommate and I had it when I was over where you are and it was amazing. Trust me, you'll never regret it. Get the 2-at-a-time unlimited plan. You can even watch movies online. It's a great deal.

For the most part, yes. We did have a few problems with scratched DVDs and when we rang up about it, the guy upgraded us to the best plan for 3 months free. After that happened, all of our DVDs strangely played very well.

I had it for 6 months now, will cancel it some time this week. The service been pretty awesome, out of those 6 months I only got 1 defective DVD and delivery takes up less then 24 hours. The reason I am canceling is because I already watched all the movies I could and have no movies left that I want to watch. Bottom line I say get it.

Netflix is the best way to rent movies... I've had it for about 2 years. I've never regretted it once. Get NetFlix!

I've used Netflix for about 2 years and it's definitely a great service to have. They always ship good quality movies on-time and have a large selection to use from. In addition, you also recieve 14 hours of movies each month from which you watch from your computer along with the normal movies from the mail. The price is very reasonable, as well.

Also if you have a BlockBuster video rental store near you, I've heard that they offer the exact same mailing service as Netflix for the same price. Plus you get 1 free rental from the store per month (e.g. can be used for video game rentals) and the ability to return the movies immediately to the store near you and receive new ones without mailing if you wish.

I've researched them both quite a bit, and even though I'm really satisfied with Netflix, I might consider switching to BlockBuster Online due to a BlockBuster store located less than 5 minutes from my house.

Netflix = awesome.

I've used the service for over an year. It's simply amazing. I'm on the 4-a-month plan since my brother does watch lots of movies. And out of the 100+ DVDs I've recieved, only one has been defective.

Shipping is fine, usually gets here the second day after you send in the last once, not counting weekends. They don't work on Saturdays even the USPS does, so that's one day of delay, but otherwise its good.

You can find almost anything you want from their selection. They've been adding lots of titles to their Watch Now! feature. If you subscribe, you get free Watch Now! hours based on the amount you pay per month. So if you pay $15 a month, you get to watch 15 hours of movie online. This is a great addition.

Haven't had to contact their customer service so far, but I've heard if you lose a DVD, you can claim that the USPS lost it and they won't charge you. XD

Go ahead and order. First two weeks is free and you'll love it.

^ I used blockbuster but since they have a lot of stores in my town, I had their mail service before but i canceled because its only 1/2 block from me, but when we ordered movies from blockbuster for instance if i ordered at 11 am today i would receive them at the time USPS comes to my house next day. But I did get a lot of scratched disks from them...during our membership I had about 10 Damaged cd's or so.

I used to have BlockBuster service. But switched to Netflix and happy with it. The reasons were:
1. BlockBuster movies variety is much worse. Especially when you are looking for foreign or non-mainstream movies.
2. Netflix delivers movies within 2 business day while it was taking 4-5 days for BlockBuster at my location.
