I get sick a lot.
Already missed 4 days of school this year, missed up to an average of 14 a year in grades past.
I don't wash my hands 10 times a day, but I wash them before I eat, after I go to the bathroom or play with dirt, etc.

So with this new "superbug" going around do you take any extra steps to make sure you dont get sick. If you havnt heard of this new infection read This. Being a public servent i have to get shots every year so that helps out, but i wash my hand around 10 times a day. I was just wondering if anyone else around RSBandB takes any extra steps to make sure they dont get sick... |

I do all that "wash hands after everything", I also try to keep my immune system up. It got tested last month. My whole family was sick. REALLY sick. Except for me. I got sick two weeks later. Recovered fully in 6 hours. |

I take vitamins, drink my orange juice and milk, and eat healthy, but besides that no other special stuff. I don't really get sick a lot. Maybe of people but that's about it. =p |

Rarely get sick, never come down with any sort of sickeness that'll keep me in bed. Like to think i have a strong immune system to protect me and it's not let me down yet. Although i DO have a bloody horrible back ache right now. |

I usually do nothing to avoid getting ill. At the moment I have a throat infection, ear ache and a bloody irritating headache. Meh. |

I'm a person that rarely gets sick too. I get a few colds here and there buts that pretty much normal. As for a sickness to keep me down I dont get them. I do alot of things to stay healthy. |

I don't really do anything to protect myself. Nothing out of the ordinary that is. I do wash my hands after I've used the bathroom and all that basic hygiene stuff. |

really take any extra steps to keep more hygenated, like you, for example wash your hands 3,650 times a year, I personally think that's a bit funny. |
