I think my school has had it easy, we've only had two so far.
It surprises me actually how organized the lockdowns were at my school during lunch. Even with a really bad PA system that you can't hear in the hallways or cafeteria. (So you can't hear the principal saying "Make your way to the closest secure classroom; this is a code red secure lockdown situation") Well organized from what I've seen (yesterday), I was in the library today so all I got to do was get under a desk XD.
The police come in with huge rifles. :o

Here in the United States, or at least in California, we're required to practice this at least once an year. We have to barricade all the entrances, cover all the windows, and create a safety barrier. We had police officers with keys acting as intruders and trying to break down the barricades. If they could break it down easily, the teacher would get yelled at for. XD

It's really not that practical but I guess some practice is better than none.

Probably state-wide. I didn't have to do a drill.

I had fun during that lockdown. My classmates and I wrote a strange story in which we each wrote one line.

Wtf? I've never had a "lockdown" when I was at school. Well.. haha..we almost did have a crisis once when conjunctivitis got spread around school.

Two days without a lockdown at my school but...
now we have to lock all the doors (except front door and cafeteria doors) and apparently there is someone guarding them, for the time being. xD

On another note, the principal told everyone to go out in the hallways and "dance to some very bad disco music, thanks to *my old science teacher*" just before the end of the day. :oops:

Our school is required to do at least one per year, in which time they also bring in drug dogs to sniff out lockers XD

omg lucky! in florida we just lock the door and do whatever we were doing....theres almost no point since you can just kick down the doors in my school. (one kid did once)
