Post subject:  Who is your ideal girlfriend/boyfriend?
I'm not asking you to name names ;) But I was wondering what, in your opinion, constitutes the perfect match for you. What types of values do they have, their personality, appearance, etc.

My idea of the perfect boyfriend is someone who is gentle, but not a pushover. In terms of values, I want to be with someone who wants children in the future. I'm not interested in dating anyone who is too far to the right/left, but a moderate. My ideal boyfriend MUST be interested in computers in some way/shape/form and be appreciative of the things I like too. Also, he has to be able to have good philosophical conversations with me once in a while.

Appearance-wise, I'm not extremely picky. I've always preferred that they guy be taller than me though. :oops: And I'm partial to brown-eyed people.

I would have to pick someone who is nice, interested in me and not to busy to not have time to hang around me. Plus a bonus would have to be she's blonde and shorter than me.. but we all can't win in that department. But my ideal boy friend would have to be matt, he's just so sexy. 8-[

My dream girl is a girl who is like my best friend, likes to watch hockey with me and enjoy a good pillow fight. We both enjoy the same things and have alot in common. But im not much on girls with long long hair. But its all good id rather have a good personality.

XD Guys, I want you to be specific. I don't want you to say vague things. Surely, you know what you want and what you don't want in a girl.

And Agent Waffles, if you have refined tastes, you could surely write several paragraphs down to every miniscule detail ;)

Someone who won't cheat on me and who would just be loyal and true to me. The last girl I had (Remember when I posted that picture of that one girl a while ago? I remember MQ you replied and said that it was creepy, anyway, that was her, that was a year and four months ago) cheated on me three times. That was the first girl I've ever dated so it wasn't a very nice start...

She cheated on me with one guy twice and another guy once. I know she had it in her to be a very good girlfriend and I just never broke up with her because I knew she had that in her.

Basically what happened was when I asked her out she was already with someone but she was afraid of saying no to me and hurting my feelings. So she said yes, I found out about a month later and I broke up with her so that she wouldn't lose her other guy.

Second time was the worst, it was 100% cheating. She was camping and I was talking to one of her friends. My ex told me that her ex boyfriend and the girl I was talking to had got together so I was talking to her about that and she told me that him and my ex where still together. I called her and even though I was mad, I gave her another chance. Her ex broke up with her because he found out about me.

The third time...was somewhat understandable. Basically her parents were drug dealers. Hardcore pot smokers. They were getting her involved in it too. On accident I got it revealed to one of the counselors at school (by a note that had been written to me). The cops came and arrested her parents and took her and her sister out of the house. She lives with her grandma clear across town now. She moved schools too due to zoning issues. We used to go to the same school but now we don't. Basically her grandma shunned her because she had revealed her son as a drug dealer. So the only people she had left were her friends. She didn't know anyone at the new school. That's when she cheated on me again. She found a boy there because she couldn't stand not to have someone who loved her more than a friend that wasn't family.

Still that hurt horribly. So I broke up with her. I still love her and want to be friends with her...but it's hard. I mean, three times. We're best friends, we're like brother and sister (not by blood, that would be extremely disgusting if we were dating and related). She doesn't know if she wants to be friends with me anymore. Now I'm stuck because almost all my friends have moved or gone off to college.

Anyway, I'm not going to tell you all my love life story, I don't want this to sound like I'm asking for sympathy or anything, but it's nice to be able to talk about it, even if it is online.[/emo]

OK...here we go:

She has to be funny, not loud, but not quiet, interested in my hobbies, she has to respect me for what/who I am. I prefer brunette's over blonde's for some reason...I don't want her to be invasive of my privacy, but I want her to make sure that I don't do anything stupid...if that makes sense. And as MQ said, I want her to be interested in technology, because I am getting my degree in web design.

As for looks, I want her to be shorter than me, any colour eyes, as long as they're not red. Brown/black hair, slim figure, prettyful.

That's about it.

My ideal girlfriend would be athletic, have nice looks, and be somewhat kind and nice. Then again, very nice looks would be okay also........But still, I would choose someone on kindness, then looks.

Someone whos trustworthy, not afraid to talk to me about anything, doesnt try to make me drop my friends, won't lie to me/use me, likes me for who i am and won't try to change me, has a life of her own and doesnt need to spend every minute of every time day with me, has a nice smile and nice eyes.
