Yeah, now correct me if im wrong but you can only get ecol i from under cooked meat right?

Right. Mostly it happens when meat is undercooked but just to be on the safe side I wouldn't eat contaminated meat anyway. I read fast food nation and the freak stories make me sick.

Ill take my chances on cooked meat. I always cook all my hamburger all the way through. Im sure cooking a hamburger patty 8mins on both sides will get rid of any e coli.
