Well, what do you do before you fall asleep.


Personally, i read a little in my book. I got 4-5 books im currently reading so i usally open them up and read till i get really tired.

About once a week, before I go to bed I do between 80-100 crunches and some push ups because I never remember or have time to do them any other nights. I'm not someone who does a lot of exercise but for some reason I have an (un)naturally good form. :s

Usually takes me forever to get to sleep. On the odd occasion I listen to music and eventually just drift off, otherwise I stare at the ceiling, think about what I'm gonna do the next day, stuff like that.

1. Drink milk and eat either pop-tarts, cookies, or gram crackers.
2. 30-50 push ups [Till i can't feel my arms]
3. Lay there till I fall asleep :P
