I don't know what the difference between pop and soda is, mainly cause i don't know what's considered soda, cause i'm not American.

But i like pepsi and uh Dr pepper.

In America Pop,Soda,And Coke are all the same things. You can be out to eat and order a Coke and receive a pepsi. If your at someones house and ask for a coke and receive a Dr. Pepper its all good. In southern Indiana its called coke, but northern Indiana is calls them Sodas.

I like Pepsi more, it's plain simple. Coke always tries to come up with new ideas and flavors to beat Pepsi, but it never works.

Only if your drink them everyday, sodas are not bad if there once in a week thing. My daily drink is tea, i drink it everyday. Cokes for me are more of a "treat" usually only drink one with Saturdays night dinner after the movie.So no in moderation there not bad.

Oh i see. And uhh..we just call it by it's brand name. If i ask for a coke i expect a coke, if they don't have coke they'll ask me if pepsi is ok they wont ever just give me it instead.

Yeah its getting like that here also, with the alarming amount of liberals willing to sue over anything anymore if you order a "coke" and all they have is pepsi they will say, "is pepsi ok?" So anymore if your out to eat you have to say brand name to get what you want.

I know in Illinois that Soda is allays called pop...My girlfriend says that ALOT as she used to live there and goes back every year. I allways ask for the kind of soda I want and if they don't then they will offer me along the lines the same thing. I have no favorite brand but keep diet coke away from me.

i from Illinios and its called soda not pop
