Post subject:  300 "The Movie"
Well i saw it today finally, last night 20 sessions of the movie were sold out, so today i was just lucky to get 1 of the last 10 tickets.. Cinema was packed but i didn't care..

Awesome movie for the most part, even though its 2 hours long it seemed so short, i think besides all the special effects and battle scenes, something was missing from it. Its all centered around the Persian king (who thinks he is a god) and with his army of millions trying to conquer the world. That's all the movie is about, don't get me wrong, good battle scenes, good special effects like i said, just seemed like the movie didn't have a strong point to it.

I know i know, your probably thinking that the point was to protect their people, their land, their freedom, their honor and so on. But that's it, the movie just seemed to simply, i think it could have had more to it..

Other than that minor thing i loved it..

For those who have seen it, what did you think?
For those who want to see it, ITS WORTH IT!!!, beside my minor complaint.

Yeah, Mike was telling me about it earlier he saw it yesterday and said it was good.

I saw the adverts but it's not out here yet, it looks good and it's gotten nothing but good reviews from everyone i know so far. o.0

Yeah it is pretty sweet, when it comes out you should go see it. Well worth the money, cost me $5 to see it.

Oh so it's not like Epic movie? But ya, I've seen trailers and the movie looks awesome.

Basically its not like a movie that starts off slow. Its like, hey theres some Persian messenger warning the Spartans to surrender etc etc.. Then minutes later, its like hey, we're at war.. Just seemed really quick and straight to the point, there wasn't no climax or nothing.. Maybe its just the mood I'm in or something but i just expected more thats all. I thought it was a good movie, just that one small element that was missing.

What I meant with Epic Movie was that, in the trailers, Epic Movie looked good in trailers but when people saw it wasn't that good.

i saw it saturday afternoon with my friends. we loved it since we are kinda history buffs. the action was sweet some of the lines are so cool.
"Spartans! ready your breakfast and eat hearty! FOR TONIGHT WE DINE IN HELL!"

best line.

althought the storyline wasn't as great and i did not like the fact that the made the persians so demonized. but still it was good i give it A-
