I'd have to say cramp lol.

I really haven't had any serious injuries.

I was walking on my grandpa's unfinished deck, and i was balancing on a 2x4 that was loose, and i walked on the end of it, and it came up from the other end, hit me on top of the head, and i had to get 10 staples in my head, my dad said he could see my skull.

EEEEW

But really, that hurt soooo bad.

Probably surgery. I had my upper lip worked on. I was awake.
First they gave me laughing gas.
Then shots.
The they cut into me.
It hurt like hell on a good day.

It took 2 weeks to stop hurting.

Other than stitches or staples, I havent ever had surgery, couldnt imagine how bad that could have been, ouch.

I injured my pinky finger during a hockey game. My team-mate shot the puck at me/in my direction and it squished my pinky finger inbetween the force of the puck and my stick. The tip of my finger basically exploded, making it hard to stitch but I got 3 stitches. It was a tragic moment.

Either getting a hockey puck in my balls on the ONE **** GAME i forgot my box, or being on fire.

I can't decide which.

EDIT: Actually appendicitus hurts quite a lot too.

Prolly when a guy gave me a kick right in the ballz. Or when a pen got stuck in my hand ( Ya I bleed alot... ) . Its didnt made an hole but its hurted alot.

2 Things 1, Surgery after breaking wrist only hurt for about 5 days, and 2, Got kicked in the nuts by my Ex-gf after she left me man the pain lasted for 2 days.

Thats it i gues.
