Cyclohexane does nothing but cause mild skin irritation, and after burning becomes nothing but carbon dioxide and water or possibly a bit of carbon monoxide and some pure carbon if it doesnt burn fully - thats what the black smoke is - pure carbon. I've splashed it over my hand before in chemistry lessons by accident and it did nothing. Nothing to worry about.

I LIVE IN KENTUCKY! thank god it didnt happen to close to me.. im about 2-3 hours from Louisville.. Nasty wreck.. but then again i love fire and destruction!!!
