| Post subject: | I think I'm getting sick... |
I don't know but since this morning, I had a feeling I was getting sick. I was fine untill around 1 PM which then, I thought I needed a nap. I had a one hour nap and then I woke up feeling very tired and restless. I decided to go back to sleep and slept for 4 hours almost. Every now and then, I feel really cold and suddenly really hot. Am I getting sick? |

Hahaha, I remember that.. I remember it being worse than just getting cold then getting hot. I got SO cold that I had to put on 10 blankets and a coat as I lay on my couch, and I was still freezing. Then I got so hot I was in nothing but underwear. That happened about ever 5 minutes, so I was quite busy.. Between throwing up that is. But i'm sure you'll be just fine. 
Btw, grats on becoming a dragon member.

Yeah well you could be sick or worn down. I get the same thing to sometimes it's from eating habits or from lack of exercise and then you get fatigued. |

Sometimes allergies suddenly attack..usually I don't have problems with my allergies now either, but suddenly I've started getting all stuffed up and getting sore throats

drink water and take some Tylenol pm and go to bed, sleeping is the best way to get feeling better. |

Absolutly. Either that or just lay down and drink plenty of fluids. Thats my advice. |
