Post subject:  Nutrition and exercise in your life?

Simply stated, how important is healthy nutrition and exercise in your life? Do you eat healthy? Take a vitamin? Exercise daily? As for me, I exercise a bit, and try to eat healthy, but don't eat that great all the time. I drink quite a bit of soda, and eat a lot of sugar, but at least I take a multivitamin every day and eat my fruits :wink:
I'm not overweight, but I'm not in the best of shape when it comes to stamina. So what about yourself?

well i try to lift weights everyday, i have to take iron vietamens everyday for low iron in my blood.

yeah, i do a lot of exersize and I take vitamin pills.
I also workout every week.

To start off, look at my avatar and you'll get why eating healthy may be abit of a problem for me especially iron. I get sick really easy and often. Its not uncommon for me to miss like a week of school every 2 months or less. Even after I've been taking Tae Kwon Do for a while, things haven't seemed to change.

Yeahhhh... I don't know. I eat junk stuff every day because generally there's nothing at my house. And I don't think pizza places and Wendy's can be consideded healthy either. I eat whatever I find to please my appetite. Whether it be healthy or not. I don't know.

You eat at Culvers XD

but me.. umm i eat quite a bit but i have a fast metabolism and i go to the gym once a week so im ok. Im actually classed as underweight for my height.

Let's see I go to beach, I exercise from time tto time but to be honest not really often. I don't eat fast food or junk food unless I am really hungry.

I play football every Saturday before going into town for the whole day with friends, and other than that, no excercise at all...

Also eat quite a bit, but it's usually healthy stuff...

I run a lot, i eat fruits and vegetables and meats daily. Since last year about this time I have cut down almost 100% on junk food, recently had to give up soda. Was gving me stomach problems :?

Yeah. I guess I'm pretty healthy :)

WEll im not over weight, have a bit of a pudge sticking out. I work 5-7 days a week, hard labor construction, very physical.

I get 6-8 hours sleep every night.. Each morning i take a horsepill ( i mean vitamin pill).. with around 40+ things in it.. Plus also a energy drink, that is low in carbs and sugar, but also high in vitamins and minerals. I drink usually orange juice, water, gatorade at work. Have maybe one drink of soda a week. I usually eat good meals, 1-2 meals a day.

I feel healthy, and feeling more healthy everyday, and yeah its important to me.

My Physical, Mental and Emotional health is not important to me. I however manage to remain thin and reasonably healthy since i dont eat ****. You dont want to know what is in fast food now a days.
