We all new it was gonna happen but the way they dealt with it was so childish. Check the youtube video below of them refusing to leave the stage

They were told ahead of time not to show up late or risk getting bumped. It's a shame a talented singer like Axl Rose is such a prima donna. He cares more about getting the rock star treatment than entertaining the fans that put him where he is.

From the reviews I've read he's not even talented anymore, a lot of people were saying he sounded like cartman on acid :lol:

That could be. I stopped listening to them when he split with the original band. I prefer to put on the old stuff and remember them as they were.

Going by all that chanting it would seem the crowd wanted them to carry on. Perhaps it wasn't there fault they was late. I have nothing against htem doing this. It's nice that they wanted to stick around and entertain the crowd. Better than most that wouldn't give a **** and just bugger off without so much as a sorry.

Well they had no reason to turn up late, apparently they were hanging around backstage for an hour before going on doing sod all. Another band at the festival said they'd heard that the organisers had told GnR they wouldn't pay them if they got onto the stage an hour late, so they went on 58 minutes late. It's not funny or anything, they're late to every gig they do, it's Axl being a complete ****, just like he was before Slash quit GnR.

I don't even like their sound anymore anyway. You could really tell that Slash, Duff, Matt, and Izzy were the ones that really made up the band.

Axl's a *******, and I know from talking around that GNR is old news, with many people preferring to remember them how they were back in their heyday.
