Runescape Bits & Bytes :: View topic - Have you guys ever been to a concert?

What do we classify as a concert? I've been to plenty of symphony orchestra concerts, but I haven't seen any band live. That, however, is going to change in October when I'm going to see Muse. (Haha, take that Dragon. While you would do anything, all I did was pay 49€)

System of a Down is no longer in hiatus, they've officially broke up. The drummer (can't remember his name) and the guitarist (the *******) went on to some emo band or something, and Serj has his own thing going on now. He's really good. I don't know about the bassist, but I think all is well for him.

It would have been a blast to go to one of their concerts.

I would like to go to either a Hollywood Undead or an Insane Clown Posse concert, both of them have amazing concerts.

I think the last concert I attended was a few years ago. I saw Switchfoot perform and they did an excellent job.

i've just recently been helping one of my friends book shows here in jacksonville, so you can imagine i go to quite a few. 3 in 4 days, so far i'm super excited about going to see blink 182 again in orlando though <3

They might be on the festival circuit next year too, playing the Warped festival possibly so you could see them then.

last december i saw children of bodom and machine head with slipknot in glasgow it's my first and only one so far and will be one to remember it was ****ing insane my neck hurt from the headbangging and i got 2 days off school which was even better

Last week: I saw Lamb (Not lamb of god. For some reason people make this mistake), Primal Scream and Kaiser Chiefs. I didn't know Lamb very well at the time but after the concert I started to love a lot of musics from them. Didn't like Primal Scream very much, so nothing much to say about it. As for the Kaiser Chiefs, I went mainly to see them,everyone was crazy! The place was filled, I couldn't even move. It was impossible to hear my own voice... Oh yeah! It was my first concert. Great experience I'll be sure to do it again!

I've been to a lot of concerts. My first few were Aerosmith, Iron Maiden, and AC/DC I believe. I used to hit several a year but its slowed down some recently. Last few concerts I've been to have been OzzFest (2 years running), Megadeth, Slayer, and Killswitch Engage.

I've booked tickets for The All American Rejects in October as well as Rise Against + Poison the Well and Thursday in November. I wanna get tickets for a Hollywood Undead concert in December but since I wouldn't be allowed to get the train to Manchester and my dad wouldn't want to drive me, it's not looking like it's gonna happen

I had a very lengthy rant written here, but since none of you really care, I'll sum it up: I've never been to a show. I couldn't go to a Nine Inch Nails show, which: A. was in support of Year Zero; B. had a more interesting line-up than the current one. Machine Head were in Israel four months before I started listening to them. Discovered there was a Down gig the day after. Israeli metalheads == mosh-hungry; me != mosh-hungry (or a metalhead); ergo, I'd have to listen to the show in the back. Not that I'd really complain, because I'd rather keep my ears intact, but still... Facepalm indeed.

A few years ago I went to a Newsboys concert for my brothers b-day. Kutless and Stellar Kart opened and were better then Newsboys. Recently I went to a Skillet concert and that was amazing. I got right up front. Decyfer Down and Disciple opened for them. I'm seeing them agian on October 10 or 11

The only one that i have been to was a Rush concert about a year ago. I was planning to go to more this year, but never got around to it.
