Depending on what was going on, said 138 could use Ice Barrage and make fairly quick work of said 3's. 138 would likely win, if given armor + a healing weapon.

Short sleeves, because they don't get caught on things which can temporarily render the long sleeved person incapable for enough time that the short sleeved person wins.
