Grandmaster quest, members only.

One of a Kind is the first major update of our lore-packed March: a Gielinor-spanning, Grandmaster epic that takes RuneScape questing back to its roots.

Agree to help Mr Mordaut find Hannibus - last of the fabled Dragon Riders - and follow a trail of clues that'll test your wits and resolve, while uncovering the secret history of some of RuneScape's mightiest and most ancient races.

You'll travel the world, uncover the lost library of Robert the Strong, and the fate of a dying people will rest in your hands.

This is a quest for quest-lovers, with some of the highest requirements yet. There's a dragon's hoard of fantastic rewards, too:
  • XP in Dungeoneering, Summoning and Magic, plus a lump of bonus XP if you've completed Ritual of the Mahjarrat.
  • A Dragon Rider amulet with +4% critical chance in all combat styles and a whopping prayer bonus of 10. It also boosts the damage of your Dragon Breath ability, and increases your Prayer XP gain from burying dragon bones.
  • Access to celestial dragons - new, high-level monsters voted for in a recent poll, who drop summoning materials and new Dragon Rider armour.

good fight, fury.

To be a bit more serious, I honestly really enjoyed the quest. Very independent and hopped around the globe quite a bit. Good rewards, but the dragons will soon be dead content. Medium cash, medium cb xp, medium charms.. just not the best in any area. Nevertheless, good stuff, but I can't wait for Fate of the Gods!

I liked the story of the quest, but it was a bit too short for my tastes. I guess WGS and RotM planted it in my mind that a Grandmaster quest should be lengthy. Regardless, I enjoyed being given a choice at the end. This quest was a good way to start out this year on the story front.

I haven't completed or even started the quest. To be completely honest I'm not even sure I have the requirements because I hate quests so much.

Anyway, the fact that there is an amulet that gives +10 Prayer and +4% to all crits seems very steep and already beats Zerker and Fury combined. As it's been mentioned "good fight fury" seems about right. However, I suppose "forward motion" could be said as well. You can never argue with better gear but I didn't think Jagex would take such a big step.
