If you are serious about Agility, it’s likely you've not been to the Gnome Stronghold or Gunnjorn's barbarian course for some time. This week, that could change, as these Agility trainers have spent long hours constructing new routes around the courses that only the most agile players should attempt.
These extended courses will not only give you a chance to show off your most agile moves, but will also reward you with weight-reducing clothing, should you complete enough laps. With the addition of these extended courses, the cave goblins of Dorgesh-Kaan have made some changes to their Agility course, too. They’ve decided to make the course a little less unforgiving, so you should find that you fail less often. The other main change is that the entry requirement for the existing course has been increased from 70 Agility to 80 Agility, while the two extended courses have entry requirements of 85 and 90 Agility, respectively. Mod Chris L RuneScape Content Developer In other news... We've added a right-click option that will let you quick-start your circus performances, as long as you've been to the circus at least once in the past. We've now added a new song to the Wilderness Volcano area called Eruption. Check it out when you have a chance! |

I'll give this one a 4/5 because Agility hasn't had a decent update for awhile and it's about time it gets one. But 60k/hour for agility seems a bit high... oh well. |

You could already get pretty high xp/h with dorgesschaun(sp) power, and 60k isn't that good considering you can get 100k+ xp with most other skills if you train with sc tools, etc. The update looks awesome, I really want those weight reducing items but since agility just had an energy update I don't think that it should have had an update. |

My point was that agility was known as a very slow skill to train and 60k an hour isn't really slow at all. But oh well... |

I think what colin is trying to say is that its slow compared to other skills. 5/5 for me. This is good cuz I might be getting members back soon. |

I can see the new clothes being slightly useless though because if you are under 0 weight your energy still recharges at the same speed...like it doesn't make a difference if you are -1 or -50...unless they have changed that recently and I am unaware of it ![]() I'll give it a 4 |

lighter may not seem like better for some things but just hink of all the extra weight u can carry for tasks and areas that limit your allowed weight to perform or be used. plus the defense stats are even with mithril but balanced across all styles. all in all will be quite useful set of gear. ![]() the new obstacle animations are very nicely done tho a bit slow and locked up so your stuck waiting on 1 to totally finish b4 being able to click the next obstacle which just slows down the lap times to almost a crawl. ![]() |

It would be nice if you could at least click on the next obstacle and have it continue to that obstacle after it's finished what you're already doing. |

I'm training at the Dorgesh-Kaan course now and its great. Two hours of training (at 80) and I've fallen only twice. I'd read that you had to remember the object to retrieve prior to the update but I see it in the system message window. Looks like the new weight reducing top and bottom reduce a total of 22kg. Add The 14.5kg reduction from the other weight reducing items and you should almost levitate. |

I don't play anymore, but I will say I am very pleased with all the things they have done to help Agility. It's been near useless for years, and is now very viable and useful to gameplay. ![]() |
