Ok, here are some crappy guides:

Fast ranging experience

Ok here's what you need:

A pick axe
Iron ore
Hammer
Ring of forge
Good defence lvl (+-60)optional
Ranging equipment (armour)
Food

1.OK, first go mine some iron (you can always buy it),
2. Melt the ore,
3. And smith it at Doric's anvils (need complete Doric's quest). Smith bars into iron trowing knives.
4. Then go to the Falador fountain , put your knives on rapid and attack guards*. If you are on low health, go bank food. If you run out of knives repeat step 1, 2, 3, 4
This strategy gives a BOMB experience (+-10kexp in 15-20mins)
*For rangers above level 40
Here are other places to train on:
From level 1-25: I suggest cows (under falador)
From level 26-39: Hobgoblins
From level 40-55/60: Guards (harder than hobs but faster exp)
From 60-...: Fire giants in waterfall, chamber with one chair (waterfall quest required)

How to get on world 1/2 if full

Ok, it's very simple, first you need to to clic on World 1/2 when not full. While loading , clic on favourits (or Bookmarks, using dutch IE 6.0)and then add page, Done!! Now everytime you see FULL, clic on favourits/Bookmarks and clic on Runescape link, and you'll have the load screen...

EDIT:
30/05: added level/monster sheme
